On October 14, 2021, an online seminar dedicated to the situation in Libya was held. The meeting was organized by the New York Office to the United Nations and Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. The goal of the meeting was to discuss the presence of foreign security actors in Libya and their impact on national and regional stability.

The goal of the meeting was to discuss the presence of foreign security actors in Libya and their impact on national and regional stability.

From the side of the Russian International Affairs Council the meeting was attended by: Andrey Chuprygin, Higher School of Economics; Nikolay Surkov, IMEMO; Tatiana Tyukaeva, IMEMO; Program Assistant at the RIAC Ivan Bocharov.
