On July 11–13, 2019, Robert Schuman Center for Advanced Studies at European University Institute in Florence hosted an annual international executive training seminar for representatives of think tanks, experts, and journalists: «The Resurgence of Russia’s Global Outreach: Challenges and Opportunities», with the participation of Academy of Global Governance, Torino World Affairs Institute, and University of Torino.

On July 11–13, 2019, Robert Schuman Center for Advanced Studies at European University Institute in Florence hosted an annual international executive training seminar for representatives of think tanks, experts, and journalists: «The Resurgence of Russia’s Global Outreach: Challenges and Opportunities», with the participation of Academy of Global Governance, Torino World Affairs Institute, and University of Torino.

The training gathered participants from Italy, Russia, China, Latvia, Afghanistan, Ghana, the USA, Brazil, and Bangladesh. The speakers included Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, and Dmitri Trenin, RIAC Member, Director of the Carnegie Moscow Center. RIAC has been participating in the events of Robert Schuman Center since 2016.
