On June 4, 2020, RIAC in partnership with Woodrow Wilson Center's Polar Institute (USA), made a presentation of the report Implementing Marine Management in the Arctic Ocean.

The authors of the report, Dr. Andrei Zagorsky, Head of the Department for Disarmament and Conflict Resolution Studies at RAS IMEMO, and David Bolton, Senior Fellow, Polar Institute, Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, former Ambassador and Deputy Secretary of State for Oceans and Fisheries, shared their vision on how to build a more efficient marine resource management system in the central part of the Arctic Ocean.
