On June 10–12, 2019, in St. Petersburg, European Council on Foreign Relations together with Russian International Affairs Council held an expert meeting on “Security Issues in Relations between Russia and the Baltic States and Russia-Ukraine Relations”.

On June 10–12, 2019, in St. Petersburg, European Council on Foreign Relations together with Russian International Affairs Council held an expert meeting on “Security Issues in Relations between Russia and the Baltic States and Russia-Ukraine Relations”.

The meeting was attended by experts and diplomats from several European countries, including Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and other. Russia was represented at the meeting by Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, Roman Mayka, RIAC Program Coordinator, Andrey Baklitsky, PIR Center Consultant, Andrey Frolov, Editor-in-Chief of Eksport Vooruzheniy (Arms Export), Tatyana Romanova and Natalya Zaslavskaya, Professors of St. Petersburg State University, as well as Igor Istomin and Julia Nikitina, MGIMO Professors.
