On April 24, 2021, within the framework of the 48th regular plenary meeting of the international RAND Business Leaders Forum, organized semiannually under the auspices of RAND Corporation, a session dedicated to relations between Russia and the West was held.

The speakers of the session included: Richard Burt, former United States Ambassador to Germany; Ian Bond, Director of Foreign Policy, Centre for European Reform, London;

Andrey Kolesnikov, Chair of the Russian Domestic Politics and Political Institutions Program at the Carnegie Moscow Center; Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General; Angela Stent, Director of the Center for Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies of the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service; and John Tefft, former U.S. Ambassador to Russia.
