On September 30 – October 1, 2022, Middle East Council on Global Affairs, Qatar, held an international conference in a hybrid format on the situation in the Middle East: reset, great power competition and regional (in)stability. Experts from the region, from Europe, the USA, China and Russia discussed the development trends of the Middle East region, the dynamics of regional conflicts, the role of external players in the region. Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, spoke at the conference.
