Public Lecture by Dr. Richard Weitz “Nuclear Non-Proliferation amidst Crisis: Russia, China and the US”

On March 16, 2016 Dr. Richard Weitz, Director of the Center for Political-Military Analysis at Hudson Institute, will talk at RIAC on “Nuclear non-proliferation amidst Crisis: Russia, China and the United States,” followed by an open discussion. The meeting is open to Master’s Degree students, postgraduates, experts and media representatives.

Dr. Richard Weitz is a prominent American expert on security issues relating to Europe, Eurasia and East Asia. He worked at a number of research institutions, including Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and Harvard University, as well as at the US Department of Defense. Today, he focuses on Russian-American relations in strategic areas, and how they affect Asian countries.
