On November 15, 2020, an expert discussion “Libya: Towards Stabilization” took place at the site of the Strategicon Center. During the event, a wide range of issues related to the prospects for political stabilization in Libya and the development of Russian-Libyan relations were discussed. In addition, the participants discussed the role of regional powers in resolving the Libyan conflict, as well as inter-Libyan talks within the framework of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum, which started in Tunisia on November 9, 2020.

On November 15, 2020, an expert discussion “Libya: Towards Stabilization” took place at the site of the Strategicon Center. During the event, a wide range of issues related to the prospects for political stabilization in Libya and the development of Russian-Libyan relations were discussed. — Mahmoud Hassan — Member of the former General National Congress of Libya [1].

— Ivan Bocharov — Referent at the Russian International Affairs Council.

— Leonid Tsukanov — Director of the Ural Association of Young Middle Easterners.

— Faraj Farkash — political scientist, political observer (Libya).

The discussion was moderated by Alexander Hoffmann, Director of the Strategicon Center.
