On September 6, 2019, RIAC hosted an expert seminar and the presentation of the International Crisis Group report “Rebels without a Cause: Russia’s Proxies in Eastern Ukraine”.

The event was attended by the authors of the report, as well as representatives of Russian expert community to discuss current issues regarding analysis and assessment of the crisis settlement process in Donbass.

U.S. wants to establish partnership relations with Russia on condition that it meets the U.S. requirements	33 (31%)
