On February 11, 2019, the presentation of Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) and European Leadership Network (ELN) joint report “Towards a More Stable NATO — Russia Relationship” was held in London.

The authors of the report, officials from the British Foreign and Defense Ministries, former high-ranking diplomats and military, representatives of European embassies, a security expert and journalists took part in the presentation.

Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, made a speech at the presentation on behalf of Russian participants of the joint project.
