On March 5 at the embassy of Japan in Moscow Andrei Kortunov, RIAC General Director met with Koji Tsuruoka, Japan’s Deputy Foreign Minister, and Tikahito Harada, Japan’s ambassador to Russia. Also present were Evsei Gurvich, head of the Economic Expert Group under the RF Government, and officials of the political and economic sections of the embassy of Japan in Moscow.

On March 5 at the embassy of Japan in Moscow Andrei Kortunov, RIAC General Director met with Koji Tsuruoka, Japan’s Deputy Foreign Minister, and Tikahito Harada, Japan’s ambassador to Russia.

Also present were Evsei Gurvich, head of the Economic Expert Group under the RF Government, and officials of the political and economic sections of the embassy of Japan in Moscow.

Discussions covered current state and prospects of development of Russian-Japanese relations, Russia’s G20 presidency and issues of multi-national cooperation in the Asian-Pacific region. Andrei Kortunov informed the participants of current plans of the Council for the Development of Cooperation with the Japanese partners.
