On May 14, 2019, Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) hosted a meeting with a group of Indian diplomats. The delegation included D. B. Venkatesh Varma, Ambassador of India to the Russian Federation, Vikram Misri, Ambassador of India to the People's Republic of China, Sanjay Verma, Ambassador of India to Japan, Kumar Tuhin, Ambassador of India to Hungary, and Vani Rao, Ambassador of India to the Republic of Finland, as well as diplomats from the Embassy of India to the Russian Federation.

RIAC Director General gave the keynote speech at the meeting.  RIAC Program Manager Ksenia Kuzmina also took part in the event. 

Participants of the meeting discussed current international developments, Russian foreign policy priorities as well RIAC’s research and joint project with foreign think tanks.
