On December 3, 2018, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation hosted a meeting for the Center for Modern Turkey Studies (CEIST) and the Turkish association REBTEK joint organizing committee of the first Russian-Turkish Media Forum.

On December 3, 2018, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation hosted a meeting for the Center for Modern Turkey Studies (CEIST) and the Turkish association REBTEK joint organizing committee of the first Russian-Turkish Media Forum.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the journalistic and expert community of the two countries, and staff of the Turkish Embassy in Russia. The parties scheduled the dates for the Media Forum for the first half of 2019, shared suggestions and ideas regarding the content, the program, and other key aspects of the upcoming event.

Ruslan Mamedov, RIAC Program Assistant, represented RIAC at the meeting.
