On August 29–30, 2019, OSCE Secretariat in Vienna hosted a meeting of an international expert group on the formation of a new security system in Europe.

The meeting was organized by Friedrich Ebert Foundation, a German political foundation, and GLOBSEC, a Slovak think tank.

On August 29–30, 2019, OSCE Secretariat in Vienna hosted a meeting of an international expert group on the formation of a new security system in Europe.

The meeting was organized by Friedrich Ebert Foundation, a German political foundation, and GLOBSEC, a Slovak think tank. The meeting was attended by experts on European security issues from Europe and the USA, as well as employees of the OSCE Secretariat. Thomas Greminger, OSCE Secretary General, addressed the meeting participants. Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, represented Russia at the meeting.
