On October 23, 2019, the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) will host a lecture by H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Minister of Education, Youth and Sport of the Kingdom of Cambodia, "The Relations between ASEAN and Russia".
Dr. Hang Chuon Naron graduated from MGIMO University (Moscow). He is a member of the Cambodian People's Party, and was Secretary of State of Economy and Finance from 2004 to 2013.
We kindly invite researchers and students who specialize in Southeast Asia and interested in Russia – Cambodia relations, to take part in the event.
The lecture will take place in RIAC’s conference hall. Address: 4th Dobryninsky lane, 8 (entrance from 2nd Dobryninsky lane, you will need to present your passport/ID card to the building’s security).
