On November 20, 2015, RIAC in cooperation with MGIMO University and Swiss Center for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD Center) held roundtable “Dialogue on European Security Architecture” focused on countering challenges and threats common for Russia and Europe, future of European institutions, and prospects for a new Russia-EU strategic partnership.

The event was attended by Russian Public Chamber Deputy Secretary Sergey Ordzhonikidze, Chairman of Russian Public Council on International Cooperation and Public Diplomacy; HD Center expert Micheline Calmy-Rey, President of Switzerland (2007, 2011), Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (2003–2011); HD Center Executive Director David Harland; MGIMO University Vice-Rector for Research Eugeny Kozhokin; Pierre Vimont, French Ambassador in the U.S. (2007-2010) and Executive Secretary General of EEAS (2010-2015); HD Center Regional Director for Eurasia David Gorman; RIAC Program Director Ivan Timofeev; Lt. General (Ret.) Eugeny Buzhinsky, Chairman of PIR-Center Council; Director of RAS Situational Analysis Center Vladimir Baranovsky, member of IMEMO Directorate; Ambassador Eugeny Voronin, Leading Researcher of Euro-Atlantic Security Center at MGIMO University; Director for International Development of Institute of Modern Development Sergey Kulik; and Director of Center for Partnership of Civilizations at MGIMO University.
