On November 26, 2019, Moscow hosted the second joint workshop organized by RIAC and German Institute for International and Security Affairs (Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik, SWP, Germany).

On November 26, 2019, Moscow hosted the second joint workshop organized by RIAC and German Institute for International and Security Affairs (Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik, SWP, Germany).

The event was held as part of the dialog between Russian and German expert and analytical centers.

During the seminar, RIAC and SWP experts discussed the growing role of China in the world and in Eurasia, the prospects for multilateral cooperation in the Arctic, as well as the dynamics in the Middle East region. Special attention was given to the issues of current relations between Russia and Germany, Russia and the EU, and possible areas for interaction between the two countries.
