Ivan Timofeyev spoke in the State Duma at the Open Platform event

On October 12, 2015, RIAC Program Director Ivan Timofeyev spoke in the State Duma at the Open Platform event devoted to Russia’s foreign relations. Opened by the State Duma Speaker Sergey Naryshkin, the session was attended by Deputy Foreign Minster Alexei Meshkov, Director of Foreign Ministry Information and Press Department Maria Zakharova and Chairman of the State Duma Foreign Relations Committee Alexei Pushkov. The speakers’ list also included Editor-in-Chief of Russia in Global Affairs magazine Fyodor Lukyanov and Director of RAS Institute for U.S. and Canadian Studies Sergey Rogov.
