On June 24–28, 2019, Vienna, Austria, hosted the Conference of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization. A panel discussion “Getting The Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Architecture back on Track?” was held within the conference framework.

On June 24–28, 2019, Vienna, Austria, hosted the Conference of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization. A panel discussion “Getting The Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Architecture back on Track?” was held within the conference framework. The session was attended by Rafael Grossi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (Argentina), Alicia Buenrostro Massieu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (Mexico), Ignacio Cartagena Núñez, Director General for Nonproliferation at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Spain), Ivan Timofeev, RIAC Director of Programs, Associate Professor at MGIMO MFA.

Topical issues of arms control and the future of non-proliferation regimes were discussed.
