On March 15, 2023, The Middle East Council on Global Affairs, Qatar, held an international conference in a hybrid format on the implications of security crisis in Europe on the situation in the Middle East region.

Experts from the Middle East, Europe, the U.S., and Russia discussed short-term and long-term trends in the development of the Middle East region, the likely dynamics of regional and internal conflicts, and the role of external players in the region.
