The art of diplomacy is in demand now more than ever. All over the world, new and old conflicts are springing up on a daily basis. And the only way of resolving differences between states in the civilized world is through peaceful negotiations and cooperation at the diplomatic level. We hope that everyone who is involved in this most distinguished of professions continues to honour and expand upon the traditions of Russian diplomacy, incorporating the best modern practices into their work. We are sure that through hard work and devotion to your craft, you can raise Russian diplomacy to ever greater heights and do your part to serve the interests of our country.
