Finalists of the II all-Russian competition for young RIAC journalists specializing in international relations have been selected. The winners of the contest will be announced after the jury session during the grand award ceremony for prizewinners and finalists, which will take place in early 2014. Details about the date, time and venue will be published on the RIAC web site.
