On December 20, 2016, Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) held the 21st session of its Presidium. The members fixed the documents outlining Council's work in 2017 as well as the plan of action for 2017. Financial and accounting reports were also discussed and approved.

On December 20, 2016, Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) held the 21st session of its Presidium. The members fixed the documents outlining Council's work in 2017 as well as the plan of action for 2017. Financial and accounting reports were also discussed and approved.

The following members were appointed as Vice-Presidents: 

1. Aleksandr Dzasokhov — Deputy Chairman, Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO;

2. Georgy Mamedov — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation;

3. Mikhail Margelov — Vice President of Transneft, PJSC;

4. Vyacheslav Trubnikov — Member of the Board of Directors of the IMEMO, General of the Army, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation.

The Council welcomes new individual members:

1. Sergey Afontsev — RAS Corresponding Member;

2. Evgeny Vinokurov — Director of the Centre for Integration Studies at the Eurasian Development Bank;

3. Ivan Timofeev — RIAC Director of Programs;

4. Viktor Khristenko — EAEU Business council President;

5. Andrey Sharonov — President of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.
