On November 28, RIAC governors, President Igor Ivanov and Director General Andrey Kortunov, welcomed in Moscow guests from Robert Bosch Foundation, Germany, among them Prof. Joachim Rogall, Foundation Senior Vice President; Eberhard Sandschneider, China and Asia Programs Director at the German Council on Foreign Relations; Horst Teltschik, former senior political advisor to Chancellor Helmut Kohl; Janusz Reiter, former Polish ambassador to the U.S.A. and Germany, President and Founder of the Polish Center for Foreign Relations; and Carsten Vogel, the Foundation's Director of Programs for Central and Eastern Europe, CIS and China.

The discussion focused on interaction of the two institutions on issues of European security and cooperation, Russia's relations with the EU and NATO, as well as prospects for Russian-German-Polish consultations within the Grunewald Roundtable framework.
