On April 25, 2019, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington D.C. held a closed expert seminar focusing on the return of Russia as a global player. Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, was a keynote speaker at the event.

On April 25, 2019, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington D.C. held a closed expert seminar focusing on the return of Russia as a global player. Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, was a keynote speaker at the event.

The seminar was attended by experts from the Carnegie Endowment and other Washington think tanks, representatives of the United States Department of State, the National Security Council, and foreign diplomats accredited in Washington D.C.. Andrew Weiss, Carnegie Endowment Vice-President for Studies, moderated the seminar.
