On September 30 - October 1, 2021, Latvian Institute of International Affairs, in cooperation with European Leadership Network, Nuclear Threat Initiative, Friedrich-Ebert Stiftung, and Russian International Affairs Council, held their annual "Riga Dialogue" Conference: Assessing Strategic Stability in the Euro-Atlantic Region".

On September 30 ­– October 1, 2021, Latvian Institute of International Affairs, in cooperation with European Leadership Network, Nuclear Threat Initiative, Friedrich-Ebert Stiftung, and Russian International Affairs Council, held their annual "Riga Dialogue" Conference: Assessing Strategic Stability in the Euro-Atlantic".

The conference was held in a hybrid mode and was attended by politicians, experts, military and public figures from Europe and North America. Russian side was represented at the event by the following speakers: Yevgeny Buzhinsky, Chairman of PIR Center, RIAC Vice-President; Victoria Panova, Vice President for International Relations of Far Eastern Federal University, RIAC Member; Dmitry Suslov, RIAC Member, Deputy Director at the Centre for Comprehensive European and International Studies of National Research University Higher School of Economics, Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs, Senior Lecturer, Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs, School of International Affairs, Deputy Director for Research at the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy; and RIAC experts Irina Busygina and Sergey Utkin.

Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, made opening remarks at the conference.
