On February 26, Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, held consultations with the authorities of Harmoon Centre for Contemporary Studies in Doha (Qatar). Harmoon is an independent think-tank conducting research on Arab region. The parties discussed possible tracks of cooperation between RIAC and Harmoon including holding an international expert conference on prospects of Syrian crisis settlement and the approaches to creating regional security system in the Middle East.
