On September 28, 2018, Andrey Kortunov RIAC Director General was giving a public lecture at Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI), Oslo, focusing on "Global Disorder and Distrust: the Collapse of Trust between Russia and the West."

On September 28, 2018, Andrey Kortunov RIAC Director General was giving a public lecture at Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI), Oslo, focusing on "Global Disorder and Distrust: the Collapse of Trust between Russia and the West."

The event was attended by staff members of Norwegian think tanks, professors from local universities, journalists, representatives of relevant ministries and departments, diplomats and civil society activists.

RIAC Director General also had a meeting with Ulf Sverdrup, Director of the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs, and a number of leading staff members of the Institute, where parties discussed possible directions for expanding the interaction between RIAC and NUPI, primarily on the issues of international cooperation in the Arctic region.
