On April 14, 2020, Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, gave an online lecture on the future of relations between Russia and the European Union to the leadership, staff and experts of the Institut Montaigne (France).

On April 14, 2020, Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, gave an online lecture on the future of relations between Russia and the European Union to the leadership, staff and experts of the Institut Montaigne (France).

The lecture focused on the current European security issues, prospects for the implementation of the Minsk Agreements for the purpose of settlement in East Ukraine; the possibilities of interaction between Russia and the EU in conflict situations in Syria, Yemen and Libya; and the special role for France in Russia-Europe interaction. The event was moderated by Michel Duclos, advising Institut Montaigne, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
