On February 24 ­– March 4, 2019, at HSE, Moscow, the International University Consortium conducts another training module for graduate students from Russia, Europe, and the United States on gaps in relations between Russia and the European Union, as well as interaction between Russia and the West in the Middle East region.

On March 1, Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, delivered a speech on the future of Russian foreign policy to the participants of the module.
