On February 26, 2019, at Dialogue of Civilizations Research Institute in Berlin, Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, gave a public lecture focusing on the topic “Peace after the INF Treaty”.

The lecture participants included experts from Berlin think tanks, government officials, diplomats, civil society representatives, and journalists.

Andrey Kortunov dwelled on the likely consequences of the US withdrawal from the INF Treaty on Russia-the US relations, European and global security, as well as on possible new bilateral and multilateral nuclear arms control models.
