On Novermber 14, 2013 Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) President Igor Ivanov held a meeting with the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCEPA) Spenser Oliver in Moscow. Parliament deputy from Finland Ilkka Kanerva, OSCEPA Senior Counselor Semyon Dzakhaev, OSCEPA Program coordinator Maria Chepurina and RIAC Program Director Ivan Timofeev also took part in the meeting.

On Novermber 14, 2013 Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) President Igor Ivanov held a meeting with the Parliament deputy from Finland Ilkka Kanerva and Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCEPA) Spenser Oliver in Moscow.

OSCEPA Senior Counselor Semyon Dzakhaev, OSCEPA Program coordinator Maria Chepurina and RIAC Program Director Ivan Timofeev also took part in the meeting.

The meeting was aimed at discussing cooperation and trust-building measures on the OSCE territory, collaboration between RIAC and the OSCEPA for the purposes of preparation for the 40th anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act.
