Claire Aubin is an undergraduate student at the University of Oregon, where she studies both International Studies with a focus on international human rights law, and Russian, Eastern European, and Eurasian Studies with a focus on post-Soviet Eastern European culture. She is also a student of International Relations at MGIMO, as well as an intern at the Russian International Affairs Council. This blog looks at global foreign policy through the lens of human rights issues and humanitarian goals.
