The eleventh Russia-China Dialogue Report complements its traditional monitoring of the development of bilateral cooperation in the trade and economic, financial and banking, energy, and technological spheres with an analysis of Russian and Chinese approaches to building relations with different regions of the world amid the emergence of a multipolar world order. The report, prepared by the Russian International Affairs Council and Institute of International Studies, Fudan University, focuses not only on the development of cooperation between the two countries themselves, but also on opportunities for expanding interaction across various regions of the world. The experts examined the factors influencing the dynamics of bilateral cooperation, as well as the formulation and implementation of the parties’ foreign policy strategies toward one another and toward third countries.
