Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) and Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA) held the 2nd International Conference “Strategic Visions of Russia–India Relations in a Changing World Order”, at Sapru House, New Delhi, on November 14-15, 2018. It followed up the 1st Сonference under the title “Strategic Visions of Russia–India Relations and Changes in the World Order”, which took place in Moscow on October 12-13, 2017.
