Dear participants of the Helsink+40 seminar!
On behalf of the Russian International Affairs Council please allow me to express my gratitude for your participation in the seminar. We all agree that the discussion was open-minded and constructive. We managed to point out the main challenges the OSCE faces today, expose the growth resources of the Organization and begin the search for development routes.
For your convenience we have assembled this list of publications on the OSCE’s past and future, that were prepared before the seminar and in its wake:
— Javier Ruperez. The Helsinki Final Act: Is there life after 40?
— Spencer Oliver. Dialogue on the OSCE Decalogue
— Vladimir Baranovsky. OSCE Mission in Ukraine Is Needed
— Andrei Zagorski. OSCE Faces a Choice
Following this link you may also find photos from the event, that you are free to use:
— International seminar "Helsinki +40 Process: Prospects for Strengthening the OSCE".
— Helsinki+40: Members of OSCE PA Delegation at MGIMO-University.
We would also like to remind you that there will be a report prepared as a result of the seminar and it will be disseminated among the participants.
Yours faithfully,
Andrey Kortunov
