Served on various councils under the President of the Russian Federation (RF) and the Chairman of the Federation Council of the RF Federal Assembly, including the position of Deputy Chairman of the Government Commission on SME Development.

Member of the Management Committee of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Member of the BOD of the Center for Entrepreneurship (US-Russia). Member of the presidium of the National Civic Committee on Cooperation with Law Enforcement, Legislative and Judicial Organs.

Member of the Civic Chamber's Commission on Economic Development and Support for Entrepreneurship.
