On September 13–14, 2018, Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee Research Foundation (SPMRF) held a conference in New Dehli “India–Russia in the 21st Century: Enhancing the Special Privileged Strategic Partnership.”Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation, RIAC Vice-President Gleb Ivashentsov took part in the Conference.

The discussion covered regional issues of Russia–India relations, role of cultural exchange and people-to-people contacts. Ambassador Ivashentsov performed as a chair in “The Larger Eurasian Framework for India-Russia Relations” session.
