On December 7, 2018, the managers of the German Heinrich Böll Foundation — Walter Kaufmann, Head of Foundation's East and Southeast Europe Desk, and Johannes Voswinkel. Head of Moscow office, visited Russian International Affairs Council.

The German guests got acquainted with current RIAC projects in the area of European studies and discussed the possibilities for improving the mechanisms of interaction between the expert communities of Russia and Germany on European security and cooperation.
