On June 27, 2018, Magne Bart, Head of International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Delegation in the Russian Federation, Belarus, and Moldova, visited Russian International Affairs Council.
In the course of the meeting the sides discussed the results of cooperation between ICRC and RIAC in the last year and plans for joint work of the two organizations on increasing the effectiveness of international humanitarian cooperation in crisis situations in the near future.
