On December 15, 2017, Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, had a meeting with Elisabetta Belloni, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Italy.   

The following issues were discussed in the course of the meeting: the current state and the prospects for the development of Russia-Italy relations, opportunities for greater cooperation between think tanks of the two countries, aimed at maintaining common European scientific, educational, and cultural space.
