On February 13, 2019, an expert session "Security of the Union State of Russia and Belarus" took place. The event was held by RIAC in partnership with the Russia-Belarus expert club.

On February 13, 2019, an expert session "Security of the Union State of Russia and Belarus" took place. The event was held by RIAC in partnership with the Russia-Belarus expert club.

Timur Makhmutov, Deputy Director of Programs, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. Evgeny Buzhinsky, RIAC Vice-President, was an honorary speaker who elaborated on current issues of strategic security in the Europe and the world. Albert Zulkharneev, Director of the PIR Center, spoke about the possibilities of educational cooperation.

A delegation from the Republic of Belarus, as well as representatives of expert and university circles took part in the expert session.
