On August 7, 2018, Andrey Kortunov, Director General of the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), met with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation H.E. Thanatip Upatising. Diplomats of the Royal Thai Embassy and Ksenia Kuzmina, RIAC Program Coordinator, also took part in the meeting.

On August 7, 2018, Andrey Kortunov, Director General of the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), met with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation H.E. Thanatip Upatising. Diplomats of the Royal Thai Embassy and Ksenia Kuzmina, RIAC Program Coordinator, also took part in the meeting.
Thai diplomats learned about RIAC’s activities on the Asian Pacific vector. RIAC and Embassy officers discussed prospects of Russia – Thailand cooperation and opportunities for interaction between the Council and Thai think tanks.
